Before and After Care

Early Learning Centers

K-Care Before and After Care is a safe and enriching child care environment offered at all of Lawrence Township's Early Learning Centers for Kindergarten students.  Staff includes licensed caregivers and outstanding high school interns. Every building has a Before and After Care Site leader who can be contacted with any questions. 

Elementary School

Before and After Care is a safe and enriching child care environment offered at all of Lawrence Township's Elementary Schools (Grades 1-6).  Staff includes licensed caregivers and outstanding high school interns.

Before & After Care Program Update (2026-27)

Beginning in the 2026–2027 school year, our district will return to providing After Care programming directly. To improve access and reduce waitlists, we will implement a cluster site model for after care. This approach allows us to provide consistent, district-led programming and serve students more efficiently.

Single-Site Locations:

Cluster Sites (serving multiple school communities):

• Brook Park (Host Site): Brook Park & Harrison Hill 

• Skiles Test (Host Site): Crestview & Skiles Test 

• Oaklandon (Host Site): Oaklandon & Sunnyside 

• Winding Ridge (Host Site): Indian Creek & Winding Ridge 

Families assigned to a cluster site will attend After Care at the designated host school. Before Care will continue to be available at every elementary school across the district. Families can expect the same consistent access and support to help start the school day.

FEES

Below are the fees for 2025-2026 for the Before & After School Program. 

Registration Fee                               $30/Family
Before School (6:30 - 7:30 AM)      $30/Child/Week
After School (2:30 - 6:00 PM)          $70/Child/Week - $55/Week each Additional Child
Before & After School                     $75/Child/Week - $60/Week each Additional Child
