MSD of Lawrence Township provides bus transportation to and from school as well as field trips, athletic competitions and other school sponsored activities.
We are proud to offer the students of Lawrence Township the privilege of bus service. We transport children to and from school each day and additionally run shuttles between buildings. We run 150 buses each day and transport over 12,000 students.

If you need to request a change to your child's bus stop. Your information will be reviewed by the MSDLT Transportation Department and they will contact you.

As a bus driver, you are responsible for the safe transportation of students aboard your route. In this position, you work when school is in session approximately 5.5 hours per day. A high school education or equivalent is required and we provide paid training to qualified applicants to obtain a Class B commercial Driver's License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement.
BUS DRIVER: As a bus driver, you are responsible for the safety and discipline of the students aboard your route along with the upkeep of the bus. In this position, you work when school is in session approximately 5.5 hours per day. A high school education or equivalent is required along with a Class B Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement.
We provide the following to qualified applicants:

BUS MONITOR: As a bus monitor, you are responsible for the safety and discipline of the students aboard the route. In this position, you work when school is in session approximately 4.5-5 hours per day. A high school education or equivalent is required.
BUS MECHANIC: As a bus mechanic, you are responsible for keeping the district’s school bus fleet vehicles in such a state of operating excellence that they present no problems or interruptions to the educational program. This is a full time, 12 month position which requires a high school education or equivalent. Advance training is preferred. A Class B Commercial Driver’s License along with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement is required within 180 days of start of employment.
